Vertical TWS (GRP) tanks – Trokotex

TROKOTEX vertical tanks are primarily designed for installation on foundations. Vertical tanks can be installed both inside and outside buildings. They are manufactured as standard in a range of internal diameters, and the length of the tank is arbitrary – limited only by transport capabilities.

Vertical tanks consist of a cylinder and two heads. Depending on the investor's needs, these heads can be ellipsoidal, flat or conical. Due to the fact that each tank is made to the customer's individual order, the location and size of the connections (basic nozzles, manholes, threaded connections) remains a matter to be agreed upon and does not affect the price of the finished tank.

Every product we manufacture undergoes thorough testing. The chemical resistance and mechanical strength of our products is confirmed by testing laboratories recognised by the Technical Inspection Authority. We have all the necessary chemical resistance certificates, including for: sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, PIX, PAX, ALF, drinking water, fruit and vegetable preserves, and foodstuffs.

Vertical storage tanks for aggressive liquids are manufactured in accordance with licence documentation approved by the Technical Inspection Authority. Each tank comes with a tank passport, which includes, among other things: technical data, technical drawings, certificates and acceptance reports.
