TWS (GRP) vertical tanks – Trokotex

TROKOTEX vertical tanks are primarily designed for installation on a foundation. Vertical tanks can be installed both indoors and outdoors. They are manufactured as standard in a range of internal diameters; the length of the tank is flexible – limited in practice only by transport constraints.

Vertical tanks consist of a cylindrical body and two end plates. These ends can be manufactured as elliptical, flat or conical, depending on the client’s requirements. As each tank is manufactured to the client’s individual order, the layout and size of the connections (base connections, manhole covers, threaded connections) is subject to agreement and does not affect the price of the finished tank.

Every product we manufacture undergoes thorough testing. The chemical resistance and mechanical strength of our products are confirmed by testing laboratories accredited by the Office of Technical Inspection. We hold all relevant chemical resistance certificates, including for: sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, PIX, PAX, ALF, drinking water, fruit and vegetable preserves, and foodstuffs.

Vertical storage tanks for corrosive liquids are manufactured in accordance with the licensing documentation approved by the Office of Technical Inspection. Each tank is accompanied by a tank passport, which includes, amongst other things: technical data, technical drawings, certificates and acceptance reports.
