Wheel guides

Product descriptionTechnical dataDocumentation

Wheel guides; correct docking has never been easier!

Wheel guides are one of the most useful investments for protecting buildings, equipment and employees. In the long term, they provide a high return on investment, as mandatory truck centring significantly extends the service life of buildings and dock equipment.

Wheel guides are highly recommended in combination with wide loading bridges and mechanical or pneumatic dock seals, as precise vehicle positioning is very important in this situation.

Key features of wheel guides

  • Easy and quick parking
  • Damage prevention – protects the building and dock
  • Easy installation
  • Various models
  • Increased safety

Types of wheel guides – the right solution for every situation!

The wheel guides are hot-dip galvanised as standard and are available as bolt-on or concrete-in models.

Screw-on model – mounted on the ground This
model is mounted using a foot that allows it to be screwed to the ground. The model is available in curved and straight versions.

Model for embedding in concrete – built into the ground
Hot-dip galvanised wheel guides are designed to be embedded in a concrete foundation. The built-in model is available in curved and straight versions.

Low model – floor-mounted
The low model is mounted using a base that can be screwed to the floor. This model is also available in a curved or straight version.

The wheel guides are also optionally available with a partially yellow powder-coated frame. This increases visibility and makes docking even easier for the lorry driver.

Wheel guides – suitable for new and existing facilities

Wheel guides can be used not only in new buildings, but also in existing facilities. For example, an existing building can be easily modernised, making the loading bay not only a safer working environment, but also enabling more efficient loading and unloading. What's more, wheel guides are useful not only at loading bays, but also in warehouses, distribution centres and workshops where there is a lot of traffic.
