LED traffic lights from Loading Systems not only increase safety during loading and unloading, but also improve efficiency. The traffic lights ensure optimal signalling.

LED traffic lights: increased safety on and around the loading bay

Traffic lights increase safety in and around the loading bay. For example, traffic lights can be easily connected to the control system for the loading bay, dock leveller and/or industrial door. But how does it work exactly? When the sectional door is opened or the loading equipment is activated, the traffic lights change from green to red. Once loading and unloading is complete or the door is closed again, the light changes from red to green. This lets the lorry driver know that it is safe to drive away.

Traffic lights are available in three wall-mounted versions and one traffic signal column.

Traffic lights 500x250mm

The 500 mm high traffic light is the largest in the range. Thanks to the use of modern LED technology, the lamp is characterised by low energy consumption and a long service life. As a result, the lamp has a lens diameter of 200 mm and an average service life of 50,000 to 80,000 hours.

Traffic light 250x250mm

The square version is very compact and features a combined red cross and green arrow. The lens diameter is 200 mm, and with power consumption below 6 W, you can save quite a lot of energy.

Traffic light 300x150mm

Are you looking for a small road light due to lack of space? Then look no further, because the 300mm road light is ideal for situations where space is limited. The light has two lenses, each with a diameter of 100mm.

Light signalling 221x52mm

The signal column is a classic traffic indicator and is very suitable for industrial applications. Although the signal column only has a 52mm diameter lens, the product has the same service life as all other signal lamps in the range (50,000 - 80,000 hours).

Signal lamps for indoor and outdoor use

Road lamps can be installed both inside and outside buildings.

• The external road lights are green by default. During the loading process, a red light illuminates to indicate that it is not safe to drive away.
• The interior road lights are red by default. When the gate is opened and the loading bridge is in position, the light turns green. This indicates that it is safe to load or unload the vehicle.

In addition, internal and external driving lights can be switched on in conjunction with a wheel chock or a vehicle detection sensor.
