DOCKING LAMPS

Loading Systems dock lamps are used to illuminate the entire length of lorry trailers. This significantly increases safety during loading and unloading.

Loading Systems dock lamps fully illuminate the interior of the vehicle to be loaded or unloaded. This provides the crew with optimal visibility and significantly reduces the risk of accidents.

Dock lamps – types

Loading Systems dock lights are available in two versions: 12VDC or 230VAC. For added convenience, dock lights can be integrated with the control box of a loading bay, inflatable dock leveller or industrial door. If there is no dock control box, the 12VDC version can be supplied with a separate distribution box with a DIN rail and switch.

12VDC LED dock lamp – provides bright and even light

The 12VDC LED dock lamp operates with 6 powerful LEDs. These LED lamps not only provide bright and even light, but also extend the product's service life. For example, the light source has an average lifespan of up to 50,000 hours without needing to be replaced. In addition, the dock lighting is also energy efficient, consuming only 24W. So you save up to 84% compared to dock lighting with a 150W bulb.

230 VAC LED docking lamp – highly energy-efficient thanks to its 12 W consumption

The 230 VAC version operates with 12 powerful LED lamps and is highly energy efficient thanks to its low power consumption of 12W. This allows you to easily save up to 92% energy compared to a docking lamp with a 150W bulb. The durable die-cast aluminium housing is powder-coated in safety yellow for maximum visibility. In addition, the small size of the housing minimises the risk of collision.
