Loading Systems dock lights are designed to illuminate the entire length of lorry trailers. This significantly improves safety during loading and unloading.

Dock lamps – types

Loading Systems dock lights are available in two versions: 12 V DC or 230 V AC. For added convenience, the dock lights can be integrated with the control box for the loading bay, inflatable dock seal or industrial door. If there is no dock control box, the 12VDC version can be supplied with a separate distribution box featuring a DIN rail and a switch.

12VDC LED docking lamp – provides bright, even light

The 12VDC LED docking lamp is fitted with 6 high-output LEDs. These LEDs not only provide bright, even light, but also extend the product’s lifespan. For example, the light source has an average lifespan of up to 50,000 hours without needing to be replaced. Furthermore, the dock lighting is also energy-efficient, consuming just 24W. You therefore save up to 84% compared to dock lighting using a 150W bulb.

230 VAC LED docking lamp – highly energy-efficient with a power consumption of 12 W

The 230 VAC version features 12 powerful LED bulbs and is highly energy-efficient thanks to its low power consumption of 12W. This makes it easy to save up to 92% energy compared to a 150W incandescent docking lamp. The durable die-cast aluminium housing is powder-coated in safety yellow for maximum visibility. Furthermore, the compact size of the housing minimises the risk of collision.
